A Different Way of Doing Business

We started EAS in an effort to establish an organization that focuses on supporting, training and inspiring Independent Agents to dream bigger dreams, face the difficulties of chasing those dreams, to think out of the box to reach them and to do their best in that pursuit. We believe that in doing this, we will educate and bring peace to the communities we are engaged with. Our vehicle to accomplish this is two fold: 1) meaningful training and equipping of agents to educate the consumer; and 2) engagement with H.O.P.E. Solutions (Healthy Options Providing Educated Solutions) to the needs of the community.

Larry is an experienced entrepreneur with an extensive background in the sales industry, with expertise in leadership training and agent development. He has held positions as Manager for a Medicare Carrier and National Sales Director for an FMO.  He provides over 30 years of sales and business experience.

Mike is a Senior Advisor, Licensed Agent and owner of the Elkin Financial Group. His practice focuses on pre-retirees, veterans, and retirees. Mike’s agency represents many different Life Insurance, Annuity, Long Term Care, Group and Individual Health Insurance companies. His agency has been associated with Elite Agent Solutions, LLC for 3-1/2 years and contributed his expertise of Insurance and Financial products to EAS with great success through his passion as a Senior Health Resource Advocate. The mission for Elkin Financial Group fits perfectly with the mission of Elite Agent Solutions. Mike has been a Market Leader for EAS in the Indianapolis area and has grown that market and will now be serving as our Regional Director, overseeing and providing excellent support to EAS Independent Agents.

Serving Region 2 (NM, AZ, TX, OK)

Carmen is an  independent insurance agent with H.O.P.E. Solutions specializing in Medicare, individual healthcare with BeWell NM, and various supplemental insurances. Her passions include community service and education and has earned the title of Community Influencer. Carmen serves as a Board member for Meals on Wheels and the Community Relations Committee, the Golf Planning Committee with the NM Alzheimer’s Association, and a proud Ambassador with the Hispano Chamber of Commerce. Carmen has an MBA, Project Management Certification and worked at Sandia National Labs for 15+ years and taught at CNM as an Adjunct Professor in the Business School. Carmen has been a Market Leader for EAS in the Albuquerque area and has grown that market and will now be serving as a Regional Director, overseeing and providing excellent support to EAS Independent Agents her her areas.

Serving Region 3 (So. IN, KY, TN, GA, NC, SC, AL)

Shelby presently serves as the Managing Partner at Hall of Fame Financial, leveraging over 7 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. In her multifaced role, she oversees the day-to-day operations while actively engaging as a hands-on agent facilitating success in today’s marketplace. With a focus on the senior market, Shelby channels her passion to serve not only her clients, but also the agents and agencies she supports. She maintains a proactive approach by promoting education, training, and product comprehension in multiple product lines including Life, Annuity, Medicare, and Estate Planning. Shelby recently joined EAS as the support for Life and Annuity products. She will be using her skills to assist EAS Independent Agents for L&A quotes, selling Medicare products, as well as using her experience as an EAS Regional Director overseeing and supporting Independent Agents in her areas.

Glenda Pereiro – Operations Coordinator

Glenda has over 30 years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, serving top level management  in several business industries.  She is responsible for developing processes in collaboration with Leadership, coordinating data entry of  Salesforce, and EAS website content updates.

Gregory Pereiro – Agent Contracts Support

Gregory has over 20 years experience in the Financial industry working in Contract Valuations for Corporate Annuities. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelors of Finance. Gregory has recently joined our team and will be serving as the contracting coordinator for  Medicare products.
